We offer free same-day delivery across Dubai.
If you place your order after 4 PM, you will receive it in the morning hours of the next day.

We only deliver in Dubai. If you would like to make special arrangements for, click and collect, kindly get in contact with us.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
You will receive your order the same day. However, order after 4 PM, and you will receive it in the morning hours of the next day.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
All returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be unused.
- Item(s) must be in their original undamaged packaging.
- Item(s) must be in a resalable condition.
- You should be able to provide your order confirmation or digital invoice.
- Once the item has been received back at our office and it is verified that all these conditions are met and that the product was damaged prior to the handover to you, you will receive a full refund.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT/INCORRECT QUANTITY?
If you receive your goods faulty on the day of the delivery, do not sign for them. According
to our policy, you have the right to reject such products. We will either offer a full refund or
replacement, subject to availability.
HOW DO I REQUEST FOR FREE GIFT WRAPPING?
Pure Essence Luxe offers gift wrapping. If you would your order to be gift wrapped, kindly mention this in the notes during your checkout. Otherwise, kindly contact us.
HOW DO I REQUEST FOR CUSTOMIZED MESSAGES
